菁英國際文教集團(ELITE International Education Group)成立於1997年，企業總部設立於台灣台北市。在創辦人蔣興強董事長的領導之下，目前事業規模除了台灣之外，更跨足中國大陸、美國與日本。本集團核心業務為日用英日語言教學、專業語言證照備考服務、國際教育交流相關事業，以及教材出版。本集團致力於發展專業優質的語言學習環境，除了核心傳統教室教學以外，尚結合了數位化與資訊化的學習與管理體系，並延攬全球優秀頂尖的師資團隊，主要服務客戶為高中職、大專學生及社會專業白領。
本集團更獲頒「勞動部人才發展品質管理系統評核 (TTQS)」銅牌獎，在管理制度、人才培養、課程品質、成效追蹤等，皆獲得台灣政府高度肯定，為極富盛名的成人語言教育集團。
菁英國際文教集團事業體系與品牌
在台灣，成立「菁英國際文教事業股份有限公司」，以股份化組織型態，引進人才，建立起可長可久的企業化組織管理模式與口碑，旗下設有「菁英國際語言教育中心」與「菁英四季日本語」，為知名的連鎖語言教育機構。經過20多年的發展，目前從台北至高雄共計10間分校及一處學員諮詢服務中心，員工超過200人，設有強大的教學研發團隊，並聘請數百位優質中外籍教師，提供專業的英、日語證照輔導與語言進修，出版各式語言教材、研發專利i-Pen語音光筆。更與美國教育測驗服務社(ETS)及英國文化中心(British Council)合作，獲正式授權成為托福、多益、GRE、雅思官方考試中心，可隨時更新最新考情。
本集團並設有遊留學代辦中心「GogoEnglish」「GogoJapan」，提供歐美與日本遊留學服務的諮詢與代辦。自在東京設有日本聯絡處，並在東京置產開辦「哲學堂」學生宿舍，提供本集團學員留學住宿所需。
近年更因應數位化學習潮流，成立「菁英雲教育科技股份有限公司」，引進數位教育研發人才，將教育結合科技，提供學員更有效便利的行動化學習平台，打造24小時的學習空間。「菁英雲教育科技中心」成立於2015年，為菁英國際文教集團的數位科技教育中心，集結科技創意、軟體與網路應用、學習成效於一體，研發多款數位化、多元化、專業化的線上數位學習軟體、考試測驗系統與學生服務系統。透過電腦或是行動APP，達到24小時學習不斷電之外，更導入大數據分析，為學習者進行精準的學習能力盤點，讓學習變得事半功倍。菁英雲教育科技中心更與世界知名的語言出版品牌共同研發，並與台灣多所高中職、大專院校合作，提供最專業的數位學習和測驗系統，致力提升英文學習力。
自2016年起，本集團在美國加州矽谷、麻州波士頓，及中國北京、上海、西安、杭州等地亦投資成立「丹山e學霸」數位學堂，提供純數位化的線上英語教學平台，透過雲端科技將美國優秀的學霸們與中國學齡孩子連結在一起，孩子不用出國也可以了解美國當地文化、教育、學習學霸思考模式與廣結好友，成為創新的英文教學模式，普獲家長們的好評。

Founded in 1997, ELITE International Education Group is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. Under the leadership of founder and Chairman Alan Chiang , the ELITE Group has expanded its operations beyond Taiwan’s borders to China, the United States of America and Japan. ELITE International Education Group’s Business Structure and Brand
ELITE International Education Services is a limited liability shareholder company that incorporates under its business structure the well-established and long-standing chain of language institutes known as ELITE English Language Institute of Testing and Education and Shi Ki Nihongo. With more than twenty years of business development, ELITE has 10 branches stretching the length of Taiwan, from Kaohsiung to Taipei, and employs more than 200 staff, including a team specifically dedicated to educational development and furthering ELITE’s already significant and positive impact on the education industry in Taiwan.
